Immediately after booking: confirmation email with agenda, call link, and what to expect. 24 hours before: reminder with the same link and a sentence on preparation. One hour before: short reminder with the call link. This sequence recovers the majority of no-shows that are caused by forgetfulness rather than disinterest.
CRM sync
Every booking should create or update a CRM record automatically. Prospect name, company, role, deal stage, and demo time. When the demo host opens the call, they should be able to see the CRM record in another tab with full context. This requires the booking form fields to map to CRM fields at setup time.
