Yashveer Labs · An operating system, not a portfolio

I build full stack systems and the interfaces that earn them.

Founder of Yashveer Labs. Full stack developer working in TypeScript and Next.js. The work is shipped to production, sits on real URLs, and is used by real people. The trajectory points at machine learning, AI engineering, and the security work that has to come with it.

Identity

I treat engineering as a long term discipline.

I am a full stack developer who works remotely. The work started in 2024 with one rule. Move from learning to execution as fast as possible, without skipping the parts that matter. Two years in, the output is a set of production systems with real users on them, a coaching platform I teach on, a school operations product in private testing, and a Roblox game on a completely different runtime than the rest of the work.

The pattern is not accidental. Each project is a different surface, a different stack, a different audience. That breadth keeps the instincts honest and the toolbox sharp. The depth comes from committing to ship. Everything here has a URL.

The long arc is the part that does not fit in a normal portfolio. The web work is the foundation. On top of it I am building toward machine learning, AI engineering, and the cybersecurity layer that keeps everything above the bar of being safe to ship. Nyxera is the anchor for that direction. The rest of this site is the proof that the foundation is real.

Why me

Six reasons this is not the same pitch you have read all week.

The work is the argument. These are the throughlines.

  • 01

    Why I'm the call

Most people in this space optimize for looking busy. I optimize for shipping things that work. The difference shows up the moment you check the URLs.

  • 02

    Earlier than expected

Class 12, Commerce track, full stack developer. The categories do not line up, which is the point. The work runs in production. Everything else is paperwork.

  • 03

    Speed with structure

Velocity without architecture is hacking. Architecture without velocity is talking. I do both, because production does not care about your excuses.

  • 04

    URLs, not screenshots

Anyone can mock a dashboard in Figma. I run live sites, real databases, actual users hitting real endpoints. Every project on this page resolves in your browser right now. That changes the conversation.

  • 05

    Built for the next version

Most systems break the moment they meet real traffic. I design for the version that ships in two years, not the one that demos next week. The work compounds. Anything else is rework with extra steps.

    Where this is going

Full stack is the entry point, not the address. The arc points at machine learning, AI engineering, and cybersecurity. Three years from now this portfolio reads differently because the work reads differently. That is the entire point.

Nyxera AI

An intelligence that anticipates, not reacts.

Nyxera is the long-term AI mission of the lab — a private, contained intelligence I am building toward over years, not a product shipping today. Designed to feel one step ahead, governed from line one. The Nyxera page goes deeper.

About

How I think, in long form.

Philosophy, the long-term vision, the reason the lab exists at all. The page is not a bio, it is a frame.

Journey

The trajectory in one page.
